Questions before you pay
What international payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners) plus regional methods like SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, and Apple/Google Pay. Pricing displays in USD; Stripe handles currency conversion at the prevailing rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, 7-day money-back guarantee on your FIRST charge only. After that we don't pro-rate cancellations — you keep access through the end of the paid period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period. After that, your audit data is retained for 90 days (in case you reactivate), then permanently deleted. Historical rank snapshots are exported on request before deletion.
Can I upgrade later?
Starter is available now. Pro and Agency are on the waitlist while we finish building their features — join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment they launch. Once live, upgrades will be pro-rated by Stripe and take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next renewal so you don't lose what you already paid for.
